Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 July 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Markora, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Markora on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

Markora provides tools to analyse brand inputs (such as a website URL), generate marketing content, manage libraries and calendars, and related features. Features may change as we improve the product. Some capabilities (for example social publishing integrations) may be marked “coming soon” and are not guaranteed until released.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Keep your password secure and notify us of unauthorised use.
  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).

4. Plans, trials, and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe unless otherwise stated.
  • Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid plan only when you choose to subscribe (or as clearly disclosed at signup).
  • Credits and plan limits reset according to your plan cycle. Unused credits typically do not roll over unless we state otherwise.
  • You can cancel in account settings or via the Stripe customer portal where available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly offered by us.

5. Your content and licence

You retain ownership of content you upload and of outputs you generate for your business, subject to the rights of third parties and AI provider terms. You grant Markora a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing and for ensuring it complies with advertising, intellectual property, and platform rules.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Markora for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content
  • Attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
  • Resell access except under an authorised Agency arrangement
  • Scrape or attack our systems or other users
  • Upload content you do not have rights to use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. AI outputs

AI-generated text, images, and ideas may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other outputs. Markora does not guarantee uniqueness, ranking performance, or business results. Always review before publishing.

8. Intellectual property

Markora’s software, branding, and documentation remain our property. These terms do not grant you rights to copy or redistribute the platform itself.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Markora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for fraud or death / personal injury caused by negligence where such rules apply).

11. Termination

You may stop using Markora at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends; provisions that should survive (e.g. liability, IP) will survive.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. For material changes we may provide additional notice.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rights.
